What we do with your information

What we collect

This website collects only what you type into the form yourself: name, company name, mobile number, optional email, number of branches and your message. For technical reasons the server log briefly records your IP address and browser name.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or tracking cookies are set
• No third-party analytics scripts run
• Your browsing history and activity on other sites are never read

Why we collect it

For one reason: to answer your enquiry and to contact you about a demo or a quotation. It is not used for anything else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for at most 24 months and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner and we will do so within seven working days of the request. Server logs are not kept beyond 30 days.

Who we share it with

Nobody. It is never sold or traded. The data sits only on the infrastructure of the providers that keep the website running, such as our hosting provider. Where a legal obligation arises, only the applicable portion is disclosed.

The data inside your software

The business data in your Biz360 system, such as sales, customers and stock, belongs to you. If our engineers need to look at it for support, we ask for your written permission first and the access is recorded in the audit log. You can export all of it at any time.
